Giving

MALACHI 3:10  "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house. Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it."

The Bible teaches us that our baseline standard for giving is the tithe – contributing 10% of our gross income to the church. Your tithe is one way of exercising your faith in God and your love for others. God calls us to give the first of what we have and He will bless the rest. Your giving helps send students to college, provide emergency financial assistance to members in need, feed the hungry, maintain our buildings and grounds, advance our dreams, support outreach in our community and much more. 

When God stirs you to give beyond your tithe that is referred to as an offering. You can direct your offering to the cause that resonates with you. You can choose to give to our General Operations fund, Building fund, Benevolent fund or the JC King fund. We believe that we are called to care for one another and ultimately for God’s entire creation.
